Frank Falvo, ATP, MIE
Frank Falvo
utilizes his years of experience to provide system improvements to many clients
including Vassar Brothers Medical Center, University of Texas Medical Branch,
and The Nebraska Medical Center. Frank has helped recommend improvements for
approximately one dozen LifeWings clients by applying his experience to analysis
of their Safety Climate Survey data. Mr. Falvo currently serves with the 109th
Airlift Wing, New York Air National Guard, where, in addition to his primary
duties, he was selected to lead the unit’s Maintenance Resource Management
Program.
Mr. Falvo has over 4000 hours and 20 years
of aviation experience, including 10 years in the United States Air Force as a
Human Factors Flight Test Engineer and C130 Pilot. He has commercial airline
experience with Midway and American Airlines, and is currently a qualified C-130
Instructor Pilot with the New York Air National Guard.Mr. Falvo is also an
FAA Certified Flight Instructor and a US Air Force Aircraft Mishap
Investigator.His experience with General Electric included OSHA Safety
certifications, certification in Six Sigma process improvement and participation
in Lean Manufacturing workshops.
Mr. Falvo is a
graduate of North Carolina State University, with a Masters of Industrial
Engineering focused in Human Factors. He obtained his Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology.
