Jim Brigadier, MA

Jim Brigadier has over 30 years of aviation and aviation training experience. Mr. Brigadier is an energetic and willing facilitator who shares his vast knowledge of CRM with healthcare professionals. He has provided program implementation for numerous LifeWings clients including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Vassar Brothers Medical Center, The University of Texas Medical Branch, and The University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Mr. Brigadier has several thousand hours of military operational flight experience in fighter and multi-engine jet and turbo-prop aircraft. Also, Mr. Brigadier has over eight years of experience at the highest levels of United States Marine Corps management and leadership. He was responsible for curriculum development implementation of numerous aviation training programs and for the most extensive course review and subsequent revisions in the recent history of the Naval Aviation Technical Training Center.

Mr. Brigadier is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Management. In addition, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Ithaca College.
