Keith Helmke, ATP, BS has attained significant success in areas required of a CRM instructor team. His military background duties include Aircrew Coordination Facilitator, NATOP’s Standardization Instructor, and Flight Training Officer.  Mr. Helmke has extensive CRM training experience in the U.S. Navy and is qualified to teach the LifeWings CRM-based programs for healthcare.  Mr. Helmke is a formal U.S. Navy officer with more than ten years of leadership, management, and training experience.  He is also a graduate of Georgia Tech College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Industrial Engineering.
