Linda Wightman

Linda Wightman is a primary Crew Resource Management program developer and has provided program implementation for many clients including The University of Texas Medical Branch Hospital, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, and Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She also frequently conducts Risk Management seminars for physicians.

Ms. Wightman spent 10 years as an Air Force officer, flew as an E-3 AWACS Senior Weapons Director, was a ground based weapons director and instructor, and served as Unit Training Officer. Prior to joining the LifeWings team Ms. Wightman worked for a major aviation CRM training company where she developed and facilitated several Crew Resource Management programs for the Air Force.

Ms. Wightman is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences, with a concentration in Human Factors Engineering.
