Lisa Mase

Lisa Mase possesses over 18 years of air traffic control, aviation, and aviation training experience. She is an exuberant and passionate facilitator who shares her vast knowledge of CRM with healthcare professionals.

Ms. Mase has thousands of hours of military operational flight experience in multi-engine jet aircraft, and is currently an Air Force Reservist teaching cadets how to fly at the US Air Force Academy. As a check pilot, Ms. Mase’s specialty is authoring regulations and enforcing standards. In addition to being an Air Force-certified CRM instructor, Ms. Mase is a FAA Certified Flight Instructor and Air Traffic Controller, currently responsible for overseeing one of the most complex visual airfields in the Air Force.

A graduate of Campbell University with a Masters of Business Administration, Ms. Mase also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado.
