SimHealth Consulting Services, provides the following
training:
Foundations Training (12-15 people per session) -
This course is
typically held at your site for access to your equipment. This course is
designed for individuals new to simulation and is structured for maximum
hands-on training. Participants develop a thorough understanding of simulation
and how it will apply to your facility's training program.
Multi - Month Course Offerings -
These courses are
highly customized and require a commitment of approximately 6 months. Your staff
will leave the course with significant tools and skills as well as the ability
to effectively deliver simulation training programs to your facility.
Formal Assessments
- Your facility can receive a thorough
simulation-specific assessment to determine areas where this type of training
can be the most effective in your facility.
Strategic and Business Planning
- You can obtain a comprehensive plan for fully integrating simulation training
into your facility's ongoing education effort and get help planning distinct
short-term efforts.
Curriculum Design
- We will develop facility and audio visual plans
to meet your facility's short and long term goals.
Implementation
- We can provide the on-site training as a part of
the LifeWings Patient Safety Improvement Program or as an independent effort.
Presentations
- We can meet with your education staff and
faculty to help them understand the benefits and methodology of the training to
ensure that your entire staff is prepared for the training.
